La
Casa Duna - Treasure Beach, Jamaica

"We had an amazing time at La Casa Duna! The location is the feature I loved the most. We loved eating our meals with the sight and sound of the sea right at our doors. The veranda is where we spent most of our time as it offered great shade. Lenny and Bev made us feel at home and like we were visiting family. Len met us at the airport with Kevin and also accompanied us on the return trip. It was the day after national elections and the streets were full of rowdy people celebrating. We encountered no problems but it was good to know we had Len with us just in case.
Bev is a fantastic cook who catered to our every need and allowed me to watch her in the kitchen. I was eating food I wouldn't eat at home because she prepares things so differently. Bev's son came over and gave my husband a guitar lesson and even left his guitar so John could practice! I had Joshua Stein in for an excellent massage and have never felt better. We only left the villa twice the entire time we were there- once to go to the market and once for the boat ride. We didn't want to leave the beautiful, peaceful La Casa Duna! Having someone there, along with a great watch dog, at all times made us feel very safe. Not that we felt unsafe elsewhere, it was just nice to know someone was watching out for us. We are very private and a bit reclusive and were worried we'd find it bothersome to have someone around. In actuality we didn't even notice! It was truly the best vacation I've ever had. I have never been so relaxed! We are trying to figure out when we can go again. My husband tells me our house needs work and I keep telling him I need another vacation! Thanks for all your help in planning this awesome trip!"

"We had a fantastic time!! Bev, Len and Phiona were GREAT!!!The food was awesome and we loved the Jamaican cooking!! They were very accommodating as far as what we wanted to eat and we loved everything!! We thought that it was one of our most relaxing vacations that we've ever taken! We did go lobster diving and got 15 lobsters and that was one of the highlights of our vacation. We also saw 30-40 dolphins around our boat which was another bonus. Len took my husband fishing and he caught a large fish, which was exciting. They took excellent care of us and we felt very safe and well looked after!! We would definitely go back to La Casa Duna and we really enjoyed our entire stay!! The house is beautiful and Len does an excellent job keeping up the house and taking care of the guests!! Bev and Phiona are wonderful and are both very sweet and caring!! They're both excellent cooks and we loved everything!!"

"After five times in Jamaica in Montego Bay, Ocho Rios and Negril, no doubt Treasure Beach is the very best -- and so are Bev and Pheona for their kind attention to our good comfort. Thanks, too, for the great cooking!"

"Beautiful house and property. Unmatched location with spectacular views of the sea. And amazing people -- Bev, Len and Pheona pampered us and shared with us the real Jamaica."

"We truly enjoyed La Casa Duna and especially the staff. We relaxed and relaxed and relaxed. The place is wonderful, and most special are the people and the area, the best kept secret in the Caribbean! Now that we're back in Canada, it all seems like a dream -- a very good one."
